Once order has been shipped you cannot cancel the order.
Item/s can be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of placing an order where the cost of shipping is responsibility of buyer for both sending and receiving goods. Item must be in its original packing, unused and in a sale-able condition for refund. It is our discretion to inspect item and deny its refund/exchange. All returns for refund are subject to 10% restocking fee.
Products which are on sale or clearance are not eligible for return/exchange/refund unless we ship the wrong item.
Shipping is not refundable in any situation.
IB-Sports is not responsible if item is lost during shipping. It is customer responsibility to track delivery via UPS.com.
Custom item is non-returnable or exchangeable which includes knocked/Sealed/Oiled bats or any other items where custom order was placed.
